Location: the hotel was very close to Anne of Green Gables country, and the centre of the city. Really enjoyed our good-sized and lovely looking room equipped with big window, good comfortable beds, a great view.
There was nothing I didn't like.

In-room refrigerator did not work and gave off a very offensive odour. Understaffed and dreadful customer service in the breakfast area. It would be a simple matter to acknowledge a waiting customer with an "I'll be right with you," rather than very obviously (and pointedly) ignoring people waiting at the entrance. People didn't even know if they had been noticed. Not the premium service that your prices would lead us to expect.

The location is perfect and nice, just a pleasant stroll away from Confederation Court Mall. The area is delightful and just off pubs, restaurants, Anne of Green Gables country, the harbor, Victoria Row.

Nice and quiet rooms here with a lovely Jacuzzi tub and comfy beds, as well as a big window 🛁. The staff was really nice too. The location is awesome, just a short walk to Peake's Wharf.
